For over 70 years, CIMSA Ingenieria de Sistemas (CIS) has been working with defence industry customers providing state-of-the-art aerodynamic and structural design and textile based engineering, vehicle deceleration and stabilization systems, military personnel parachutes, guided parafoil cargo systems, powered vehicles wings, and inflatable structures... with innovative, scalable and easily-maintained solutions developed under strict quality standards to meet the most demanding needs.

In cooperation with international technological partners CIS provides a wide variety of solutions enabling defence-industry developments to benefit from technologies transfer that result in a more extensive customer offering. Today, CIS's activities in defence and security are oriented to systems engineering in areas like positioning and guidance software and hardware design and communications development, as well as systems integration and maintenance of systems in areas like:
